Cancellation Policy
At Angela Beauty 21, we are committed to providing a seamless booking experience. Please carefully read our booking policy before reserving your spot for the Lash Lift and Brow Lamination Course. 1. Booking Confirmation A 50% deposit ($400) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the course. Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the course. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the course date: The deposit is refundable or can be transferred to a future course. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course date: The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking upon approval. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the course date: Full payment is non-refundable. 3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your course date once without additional charges if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the course date will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. 4. Payment Methods Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or online transfer. Receipts will be sent via email after the deposit or full payment is made. 5. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for the course. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the schedule. Arrivals beyond 30 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the course without a refund. 6. Minimum Attendance Courses require a minimum number of attendees to proceed. In the rare case of a cancellation due to low attendance, you will be notified 48 hours in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 7. Certification Certification will only be provided upon successful completion of the course and all training requirements.
