Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the course date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your course date up to 5 days before without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the course date will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable, but cancellations made at least 7 days in advance can transfer the deposit to a future course date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the course without notice will result in the loss of the deposit and remaining balance. Course Changes: Angela Beauty 21 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date. Lateness: Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illnesses, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
