Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your spot in the course. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the course before the session begins. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or in cash. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your course date up to 48 hours prior without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward rescheduled dates if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in a loss of the deposit and full payment will still be required for rebooking. Course Changes: Angela Beauty 21 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new course date. Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the course may need to be rescheduled, and the rescheduling fee will apply. Health & Safety: For the safety of all participants, please notify us in advance if you feel unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses.
